All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping, handling, taxes, or customs duties unless explicitly stated. Payment terms are established at the time of order confirmation. We accept bank transfers, letters of credit, and other payment methods as agreed upon.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason. Order acceptance is confirmed when we send you an order confirmation email. Minimum order quantities may apply to certain products.

5. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products, subject to inspection and verification. Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery. Custom orders and cut-to-size products are non-returnable. Approved returns may be subject to restocking fees.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
